Hi everyone and welcome to Boot Camp Training Online. Here I am going to tell you a little bit about the Basic Training Online Boot Camp.
This is a 6 week training programme designed in a military style to help you and give you a kick start back into fitness or indeed aid with your ongoing fitness. Your trainers will be giving you a work out every day, showing you what to do and how to do it, with online videos that you can download and down-loadable PDF documents that you can take outdoors with you.
Each day there will be something different with videos and PD F’s with pictures for each exercise and the exercises will increase in difficulty and intensity week by week. As each week is sent to you separately it will be important to ensure you complete the week prior to your next weeks programme arriving.
You will also receive a training diary and an eating diary to aid you with logging your progress throughout the course. There is also a video that will explain all of this to help get you started.
This has so far been a 12 month project in the making and we have been filming for the last 5 months, but like everything it hard to accommodate everybody, so for that we are looking for you to become actively involved, join the forum and give us that vital feedback to ensure our courses encompass exactly what you need.
