Great video Boris, especially in regard to treating the body as one synergetic unit, as opposed to a series of muscle groups we can isolate. As you know, no muscle works in isolation. Body part splits come from a steroid fueled era, yet doggedly still exist.
Incredibly you can tell the day of the week by which body part is being trained in the gym. The world over, Monday is chest!
