Today’s exercises are leg workouts for hamstrings, quads and gluteal muscles. These exercises are great cardiovascular workouts as well.

4 exercises, 10 on each leg.

  1. Burpees
  2. Squat Jumps
  3. Alternate Squat Thrusts
  4. Lunges
